HOUSTON-Hicks Ventures has acquired its first office building in the Clear Lake area. The firm has bought the El Camino Office Park, a four-building complex located at the corner of Gemini and El Camino Real, from special servicer Miami-based LNR.
The two-story, 85,390-square-foot complex is situated at 17043, 17045, 17047 and 17049 El Camino Real. The property is 79% occupied. John Dailey from PM Realty Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
