HOUSTON-Lane Co. has bought the Villas at River Park West, an apartment complex having 252 units, from 2005 RP West Ltd. The complex is located at 21811 Wildwood Park in Richmond.
The apartment property, constructed in 2007, is currently 98% leased. Chris Curry, Craig LaFollette, Tre Banks, Todd Stewart and Todd Marix of HFF and Wilson Interests marketed the property on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
