HOUSTON-NAI Houston has negotiated a lease deal for Pinot's Palette in Katy. Pinot's Palette has leased a retail space measuring 2,345 square feet in Village Center Plaza at 23930 Westheimer Parkway in Katy.

Brian Kaplan and Jim Autenreith of NAI Houston negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant, while Alex Makris, Andrew Kelson, Jazz Hamilton and Matt Keener of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
