SCHAUMBURG, IL-Assurance Agency Ltd. has increased its officelease at One Century Centre to 61,239 square feet. The insurancebrokerage had leased three floors at the building, and has nowadded an additional 18,242 square feet on the first and secondfloors.

The 212,212-square-foot office tower is 95% leased, says FredIshler from Transwestern Investment Co., the owner of the building.Career Education Corp. is also a tenant at the property, locatedacross Golf Road from Woodfield Mall. Asking rates at the complexare at about $13 per square foot, net.
