NEW YORK CITY-The closing of Off Track Betting (OTB) parlors in New York City has jeopardized the endurance of the Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens as Genting Bhd. has started constructing the first legal gaming parlor in the adjacent place. With the OTB closings, the racing association will lose its most prominent provider.
