FORT MYERS, FL-LandQwest Commercial has negotiated a lease deal in Fort Myers. Coastal Blinds, Inc. has inked a lease for five years for a retail space measuring 1,625 square feet at 5100 S. Cleveland Ave., Unit 321, in Fort Myers.

Coastal Blinds has leased the space, situated in the Sam's Club Plaza, from Page Plaza Acquisition, LP. Bob Pekol and Bryan Myers from LandQwest Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
