ORLANDO-Holler-Classic has bought 26.8 prime acres located at SR46 and I-4 in Sanford. The purchased land was the previous site ofthe Bill Heard franchise.

The company has plans to renovate as well as improve thecommercial site. New construction and renovations is expected to becomplete within a year.
