ORLANDO-Holler-Classic has bought 26.8 prime acres located at SR 46 and I-4 in Sanford. The purchased land was the previous site of the Bill Heard franchise.
The company has plans to renovate as well as improve the commercial site. New construction and renovations is expected to be complete within a year.
