SAN DIEGO-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated the sale of an industrial property in Sorrento Mesa. JZ Group LLC has bought an industrial building measuring 12,690 square feet at 9215 Brown Deer Road in Sorrento Mesa from S&J Property Holdings LLC for $1,472,040.
The single-story building, constructed in 1986, sits on a 0.75-acre land. The new owner has plans to use the building for chemistry laboratory space. CB Richard Ellis negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
