ORLANDO-Land Advisors Organization has negotiated the sale of a 580-acre residential portion in Orlando. An affiliate of Wheelock Street Capital has bought the portion of Randal Park, a 690-unit Planned Unit Development in southeast Orlando, from Colonial Properties Services, Inc. for $12,800,000.
The Land Advisors' Orlando team comprising Mike Ripley, Steve Flanagan and Steve Ruoff represented the seller, while Jim Dowd from Dowd Properties represented the buyer in the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
