ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has negotiated a new lease deal in Kissimmee.

ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has negotiated a new lease deal in Kissimmee. Celebration-based B.A.S.S., LLC has leased 2,700 square feet of industrial space located at 1743 Business Center Lane at Poinciana CommerCenter East in Kissimmee.

B.A.S.S. has leased the space from Small Bay Partners, LLC, a Maitland-based developer. Michael Heidrich of NAI Realvest has negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the landlord and the tenant. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
