LOS ANGELES-Locally based TVG Network has terminated its existing lease and negotiated a new deal for 9.5 years with Equity Office at the Howard Hughes Center in Westchester. The company will occupy the entire ground floor at the 6701 Center Dr. office complex.
Sources say that the estimated amount for the deal was $10 million. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Studley Inc., while the landlord was represented by L.A. Realty Partners and also had in-house representation. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
