LAS VEGAS-An apartment and condominium complex in Las Vegas has filed for the reorganization of Chapter 11 bankruptcy to prevent City National Bank's planned foreclosure sale. The papers filed in court say that Twain Condominiums LLC owns 192 condo units in the 254-unit Twain Estates condo complex located at Twain Avenue and Arville Street.
The company obtained $20.37 million loan in 2006 from City National Bank, and the loan agreement was improved in March 2009 with a balance of $11.4 million. For the full story, go to Las Vegas Sun.
