NEW YORK CITY-Barbour, a British clothier, is opening its second location in New York City at Soho's 123 Wooster Street. The company has leased 1,993 square feet on the ground floor from 130 Prince Associates.
In the transaction, Pamela Haber, Robert K. Futterman and Beth Rosen from Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the owner, and David Dumeer from Golden Oak Development represented the tenant.
