NEW YORK CITY-Cafe Today has signed a lease for 15 years withThe Moinian Group for 5,500 square feet on the ground floor and2,500 square feet on the basement at 60 Madison Ave. The askingrent for the ground floor was $110 per square foot and for thebasement it was $45 per square foot.
