NEW YORK CITY-A Chelsea investment brokerage transaction has closed recently. Himmel + Meringoff Properties has purchased the 158 W. 27th St. retail building measuring 117,000 square feet.
The Louis Dreyfus group sellers had employed the Eastdil Secured team, which includes Doug Harmon, Kevin Donner and Adam Spies, to market the property. Benjamin Kahr and Rob Frischman from JDF Realty represented Himmel + Meringoff in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post.
