NEW YORK CITY-A Chelsea investment brokerage transaction hasclosed recently. Himmel + Meringoff Properties has purchased the158 W. 27th St. retail building measuring 117,000 square feet.
The Louis Dreyfus group sellers had employed the Eastdil Securedteam, which includes Doug Harmon, Kevin Donner and Adam Spies, tomarket the property. Benjamin Kahr and Rob Frischman from JDFRealty represented Himmel + Meringoff in the deal. For thefull story, go to New York Post.
