NEW YORK CITY-Lole, an activewear retailer based in Canada, has inked a lease for three years with Basile Builders for 1,600 square feet space at 32 Hubert St. situated at the corner of Greenwich Street in TriBeCa. The space also includes a basement measuring 500 square feet.
The asking rent was $93 per square foot. Roxanne Betesh of Sinvin Real Estate represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. Lole will open its TriBeCa store for business in February.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
