MIAMI-In a flurry of leasing activity, Nova SoutheasternUniversity has exercised an early lease renewal of about 70,000square feet of space at Kendall Village Center, inked a new20,220-square-foot lease, and opted for an early lease renewal ofabout 5,900 square feet at The Professional Arts Center at KendallVillage. At 96,000 square feet, the combined deal is one of thelargest office lease signed in the Miami this year.
