NEW YORK CITY-Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, a real estatelaw firm based in New York, has renewed its lease agreement for 10years with ABS Partners Real Estate for 33,700 square feet of spaceat 270 Madison Ave. The firm's current lease expires in January2013.
