NEW YORK CITY-The 250 Hudson Street building is almost full with two new leases. Marketers International Group of Companies has expanded its space to 40,000 square feet with the lease of an additional 5,360 square feet.
In another deal, Gluckman Mayner Architects inked a long-term lease to expand its space to 8,000 square feet. In the transaction, International Group was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, Gluckman Mayner was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, while Jack Resnick & Sons, the landlord, had in-house representation.
