NEW YORK CITY-A French marketing firm is relocating from 80 Maiden Lane to Hudson Square. Sopexa has inked a lease for 10.6 years with Jack Resnick & Sons for 6,000 square feet at 250 Hudson St. The company will occupy the 7th floor of the building.
