NEW YORK CITY-Infinity Consulting Solutions has leased 9,750 square feet at 462 Seventh Ave., at West 35th Street from the Kaufman Organization for 10 years. As part of the transaction, ICS has inked a lease for 6,500 square feet at 242 W. 36th St for one year as the Seventh Avenue office space would not be ready until summer 2011.
