CHICAGO-Duke Realty Corp., an Indianapolis-based REIT, isselling two office buildings situated in Lake Forest to a jointventure it holds with CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust. The jointventure is purchasing the Lake Forest buildings, which are part ofa 3.1-million-square-foot, 20-building office portfolio, for $517million.
