CULVER CITY, CA-Hudson Pacific Properties has acquired a 158,873-square-foot office building at 10950 Washington Blvd. from an affiliate of Embarcadero Capital Partners LLC. The Los Angeles-based REIT said that, as part of the acquisition, it assumed a $30 million loan.

Hudson Pacific describes 10950 Washington as "located in one of West Los Angeles’ premier entertainment business districts." The office property is 99.5% leased, with an average lease term of five years.
