MIAMI-Forty Seventh Avenue LLC has sold its 75,000-square-footwarehouse situated in Gratigny Industrial Park at 3551 NW 116thStreet, Miami, to American Tire Recycling Group, Inc. for $3.6million.
Miami-based Industrial Brokerage Team of Jones Lang LaSallerepresented the seller in the deal. The team included Nick Wigoda,Steven J. Medwin and Harry E. Wardell. This is the second warehousesale by the team in the Park in 2010. For the full story,go to Florida Real EstateJournal.
