American Tire Recycling Group Acquires Warehouse in Miami

MIAMI-Forty Seventh Avenue LLC has sold its 75,000-square-foot warehouse situated in Gratigny Industrial Park at 3551 NW 116th St., Miami, to American Tire Recycling Group, Inc. for $3.6 million.

MIAMI-Forty Seventh Avenue LLC has sold its 75,000-square-foot warehouse situated in Gratigny Industrial Park at 3551 NW 116th Street, Miami, to American Tire Recycling Group, Inc. for $3.6 million.

Miami-based Industrial Brokerage Team of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller in the deal. The team included Nick Wigoda, Steven J. Medwin and Harry E. Wardell. This is the second warehouse sale by the team in the Park in 2010. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
