LOS ANGELES-MGM is moving its headquarters from Century City to Beverly Hills. The studio has signed a lease to occupy the entire Beverly Drive office building, which measures 144,000 square feet.

The company is presently occupying nearly 200,000 square feet of office space in the MGM Tower, a 35-story building at 10250 Constellation Blvd. MGM will close its lease at the building by paying a one-time fee to JMB Realty Corp., the landlord.
