NEW YORK CITY-AMSCO School Publications, a textbook company, hasrenewed and restructured its lease with Jack Resnick & Sons for26,342 square feet on the low-rise 315 Hudson St. building forthree years. The firm has renewed its lease early for thebuilding's fifth floor space.
