WASHINGTON, DC-Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners is preparingto sell its asset included in a 20-property portfolio located inSeattle and Washington, DC. A recent change on a loan of $2.7billion has urged the firm to sell assets.

The company will market the Market Square property spanning678,000 square feet in January. The two-building property is amongthe 10-million-square-foot portfolio of Beacon.
