NEW YORK CITY-BuckleySandler, a law firm based in Washington, DC, is moving from its current location to 1133 Ave. of the Americas. The law firm has leased 17,372 square feet in the Durst-owned tower.
The firm will completely occupy the 31st floor besides options for occupying the remaining 5,000 feet. The tower is situated between the West 43rd and 44th streets, near Durst Organization's present home at 505 Fifth Ave. Eric Engelhardt of Durst represented his company in the transaction.
