BRIDGEWATER, NJ- The four-building office complex has enjoyed leasing success throughout 2010 amid a tough market and high vacancy rates.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ-Despite a challenging leasing environment with high market vacancy rates, the CenterPointe at Bridgewater office park here signed seven lease transactions for more than 43,000 square feet of office in the first 10 months of 2010.

The four-building, three-story Class A complex at 1130,1130, 1150 and 1160 Route 22 offers such amenities as a full-service caf
