
Adolphe
SAN DIEGO-The team of senior vice president Charles Adolphe and associate vice president Bryan Teel has joined the industrial group at Grubb & Ellis Co. in a move from Cushman & Wakefield, according to Jim Munson, executive vice president and managing director of the San Diego office of Grubb & Ellis.
Adolphe began his career with Grubb & Ellis in 1988. He returns to the company from a Cushman & Wakefield post as a director for the past three years. He previously spent nine years with Burnham Real Estate until it was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2007.
Over the past 12 years he completed a number of transactions valued in excess of $250 million for clients such as AT&T, Community Health Group, Dai Nippon Printing Company Ltd., Eastlake Company and Fenton Western Properties.

Teel
Specializing in tenant and landlord representation of industrial and office properties, the team is best known for its representation of Hamann Properties in its lease of 200,000 square feet of industrial space in Otay Mesa to Mor Furniture For Less in November 2009. The transaction has been referred to as one of the most notable industrial transactions in San Diego in recent years.
Teel began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2004 as an associate. He and Adolphe currently represent clients in leasing and selling more than one million square feet of industrial and office properties.
