MIAMI-NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. has negotiated a lease deal in Miami.

MIAMI-NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. has negotiated a lease deal in Miami. Locks Co. has leased 26,000 square feet in the Sunshine State Industrial Park at 1175 NW 159 Drive in Miami Gardens. The company has signed the lease for five years with Seagis Property Group.

In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Marc Goldberg from NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., while Michael Waite of Easton & Associates represented the landlord. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
