SAN FRANCISCO-Grand Food Meat Wholesale is relocating to Hayward from San Francisco. The company has purchased a building measuring 58,000 square feet on Arden Road near the San Mateo Bridge in Hayward for an amount of $5.5 million.
The wholesaler purchased the building from Jim Lu and Pei Lu. The deal, closed on Dec 15, was handled by Lee & Associates and Colliers International. Small Business Administration offered financial help to the buyer for the acquisition. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times.
