SEATTLE-CB Richard Ellis has hired Whitney Haucke as a managingdirector as the company plans for growth in its valuation andadvisory services in 2011, according to Scott Biethan, seniormanaging director at CBRE. Haucke, who holds the MAI and CPAdesignations, will oversee the Valuation and Advisory Servicesoffices in the Pacific Northwest region, which includes locationsin Seattle and Portland. She will lead more than 20 professionalsin providing clients with property valuations, market/feasibilitystudies, consulting services, rent surveys, site inspections,appraisal reviews and expert testimony.

Haucke’s professional career and family background has revolvedaround the real estate industry. With both her MAI and CPAtraining, the combined experience "will bring a unique blend ofboth real estate appraisal and appraisal for financial reporting toCBRE’s service offering," said Biethan, who cited her “vastbackground in institutional real estate experience” and a skill setthat is well-suited to lead the expansion of the CBRE businesssegment.
