ORANGE COUNTY, CA-BAE Systems PLC, a British defense and aerospace company, has renewed its lease agreement for five years with El Monte-based Colyear Development Corp. for an industrial space measuring 118,500 square feet at 1195 and 1095 Columbia St. in Brea. The deal was signed for an amount of $3.2 million.
