ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour, a restaurant chain based in Mission Viejo and managed by Parlour Enterprises Inc. of Laguna Niguel, is expanding into new markets. The company has selected brokers from Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Newport Beach office to represent it in new restaurant deals.
