NEW YORK CITY-Tommy Bahama, a Seattle-based 89-store retail chain, is opening a new store in New York City. The chain has inked a lease for 12 years for a retail space measuring 8,500 square feet in the Fred F. French Building situated on Fifth Avenue at 45th Street.
