NEW YORK CITY-Jeffrey Stein, an upscale stylist, is planning to open a salon in Brooklyn. The Jeffrey Stein salon will be opened on a 500-square-foot ground-floor space having 15 feet of facade on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights.
The asking rent for the former kid's spa space at 91 Montague Street was $140 per square foot. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Joshua Roth from ZE Realty Group, and the landlord was represented by Lisa Rosenthal from Lansco. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
