TAMPA, FL-Highwoods Properties, Inc. has announced a new lease deal at its Anchor Plaza building. SunBridge Healthcare has leased an office space measuring 11,300 square feet at Anchor Plaza situated in the Westshore submarket of Tampa.

In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by K.C. Tenukas of CLW Real Estate Services Group, while Matt Watson of Highwoods Properties represented his company in the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
