LOS ANGELES-Zynx Health Inc. has agreed to renew its lease and expand its headquarters space in Oppenheimer Tower at 10880 Wilshire Blvd. in Westwood. The company will expand its space from 26,000 square feet to nearly 41,500 square feet.
The company will occupy the entire 3rd and 4th floors and expand to the 5th and 14th floors for 73 months by paying $4.5 million. Cushman & Wakefield and L.A. Realty Partners represented the tenant and the landlord, respectively, in the deal. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
