BOSTON-Bond 09 has inked a lease agreement for 10 years for 1,000 square feet of boutique space at 863 Washington St. located near the border of a new elevated park. This is the fifth city location for the retailer.
The asking rent for the space was $400 per square foot. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Joseph Aquino and Faith Hope Consolo of Prudential Douglas Elliman, and the landlord was represented by Stuart Siegel of Grubb & Ellis. For the full story, go to New York Post.
