CHICAGO-A former Circuit City, soon to be reopened as a TigerDirect.com store in north suburban Vernon Hills, was tossed again. Oxford Development Partners LLC and Shorewood Development Group LLC have sold the property located at 551 N. Milwaukee Ave. for an amount of $6.1 million.
The developers bought the property in August 2010 for $3.45 million from Northbrook-based Forefront Properties LLC. Marcus & Millichap represented the developers in the sale.
