NEW YORK CITY-DreamWorks Theatrical Animation Live Productions is relocating into the offices previously occupied by a famed matchmaker. The company has signed a lease for three years with 1407 Broadway Real Estate for 5,800 square feet at 1407 Broadway situated between 38th and 39th streets.
