SAN DIEGO-Gustavo V. and Joan A. Rico have sold an apartment complex having 14 units at 633 North Fig St. in Escondido to Donald G. and Barbara L. Palmer for an amount of $1.215 million. The single-story complex, constructed in 1962, consists of eight single-bedroom and six double-bedroom apartments.
