NEW YORK CITY-Ishta Yoga, which has a studio on East 11th Street, is opening its second location in NYC. The fitness studio has inked a lease for five years with Claude Rolo for 1,100 square feet in the 1026 Third Ave. building situated at East 61st Street.
Ishta Yoga will occupy the second-floor space, which previously housed Jamba Juice's offices. Asking rent was $55 per square foot. Sierra Realty represented the fitness studio, and CS Commercial Group represented the landlord in the transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
