NEW YORK CITY-The total amount of occupied office space in the US has increased during Q4 2010. The office market has grown for the first time in three years.
According to Reis Inc., a property-research firm, average office rents increased by 0.2% to $22.09 per square foot. The office market has begun to slow down due to job losses.
