NEW YORK CITY-Two New York developers, Izak Senbahar and Simon Elias, are suing Anglo Irish Bank for violating agreements. Developers are suing the bank for a total of $1 billion in a dispute over funding $500 million loans for three hotels, the Alex, the Flatotel and the Mark in Manhattan.
