
NEW YORK CITY-A team consisting of Christopher Albanese, Ira Drukier and Richard Born has bought the Chelsea Art Museum located at 154 Eleventh Avenue, also known as 556 W. 22nd Street for $19.4 million.
The team signed the deal for the bankruptcy-hit three-floor tower within two days and completed the same for all cash on December 15, 2010. The building measuring 27,000 square feet can be expanded to 50,000 square feet.For the full story, go to New York Post.
