BOCA RATON, FL-Dizengoff-Trading Company has bought the unsold 65 units at 2560 South Ocean, a condominium project consisting of 94 units in Palm Beach. The real estate investment firm purchased the units from a South Florida bank for $6.9 million or about $96 per square foot.

The purchased units are 90% leased. The property was built in 1975 for rental purpose, but converted into condos in 2006. Daniel Kaskel from Sachs Sax Caplan negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
